We can ship to virtually any address worldwide.
All orders within Europe under €1,000 will ship via Elta Post Registered Mail for free. The rest of the world (overseas) shipping charge will be €15.
All orders within Europe exceeding €1,000 will be shipped via FedEx, with a shipping charge of €50. The rest of the world (overseas) shipping charge will be €70.
We offer complete insurance coverage for an additional 1% fee of the invoice total.
Please note that FedEx services do not deliver to P.O. boxes. You can request packages to be sent to a FedEx location for pickup. If you require different shipping arrangements, please get in touch with us prior to placing your order.
Any lost items or broken envelopes are the buyer's responsibility, unless insurance shipping is requested with an additional charge.
Customs and import duties may be applied to non-European orders upon arrival at their destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
All customs, duties, and processing fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Returns Policy
The Tosunidis Coin House guarantees the absolute authenticity of any coins sold. Any coins subsequently found to be not authentic will be exchanged for a full refund of the purchase price within six (6) months. After five (5) business days of delivery, no items may be returned for any reason, except for issues related to authenticity.
Within five (5) business days of delivery, the item may be returned if you have a strong reason.
