Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
All orders within Europe under €1,000 will ship via Elta Post Registered Mail for free. The rest of the world (overseas) shipping charge will be €15.
All orders within Europe over €1,000 will ship via FedEx, and the charge will be €40. The rest of the world (overseas) shipping charge will be €50.
We offer full insurance coverage for an additional 2% fee of the invoice total.
Please note that delivery to PO boxes is not available for FedEx services. You may request for packages to send to a FedEx location for pickup. If you require different shipping arrangements, please contact us before ordering.
Any lost items or broken envelopes are buyers responsibility unless you ask for insurance shipping with extra charge.
Customs and import duties may be applied to non-European orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
All customs, duties, and processing fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Returns Policy
The Tosunidis Coin House guarantees the absolute authenticity of any coins sold. Any coins subsequently found to be not authentic will be exchanged for a full refund of the purchase price within six (6) months. After five (5) business days of delivery, no items may return for any reason, except for authenticity.
Within five (5) business days of delivery, the item may return if you have a strong reason.
