Accepted Methods
We accept a single, reliable payment method.
- Bank wire transfer (SEPA / SWIFT) — the standard for all orders, including institutional buyers. Transfers typically clear in 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
We do not accept cryptocurrency, cash-on-delivery, personal cheques, or money orders. If you need an alternative payment arrangement, please contact us before placing your order.
Currency
Tosunidis Coin House conducts all website sales in Euros (€).
Bank wire transfers should be sent in Euros — any currency-conversion fees charged by your bank are your responsibility, and must not be deducted from the invoice total.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed only after payment has been received and cleared.
- Bank wire: dispatched within 1 business day of funds clearing in our account.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
Bank Wire Details
If you’d like to pay by wire transfer, select the option at checkout — you’ll receive our bank details (IBAN, BIC/SWIFT, beneficiary name and account reference) by email within minutes of placing the order.
- Please include the order reference in the payment description so we can match the incoming transfer.
- Send the transfer within 5 business days of receiving our bank details — otherwise the order may be released.
Large Orders & Invoicing
For orders above €5,000, or for institutional / dealer buyers, we can issue a formal proforma invoice against a bank transfer — including VAT handling where applicable for registered EU businesses.

Refunds
Any refund — whether for an authenticity claim, a return within the allowed window, or a cancelled order — is issued to the original payment method.
- Bank wire refunds typically take 3–5 business days after processing, issued to the same account you used to pay.
